This Nollywood actress has featured in
over 80 movies and has raked in millions of naira. She allegedly earned ₦7.5m
($50,000) deal with Ricket Brand Harpic in 2011. She also endorsed telecom
company Globacom and reportedly owns several properties in her home town and
Lagos State.
In
2008, she made over ₦10m for her appearance in numerous movies. Not only is
Uche Jumbo an amazing actress, she is also a model and an endorser as she had a
sponsorship deal with telecom company Glo. She gained about ₦11m in 2009 and
even now she seems to be having more success.

In

Omotola aka ‘Omosexy;’ is in fact one of the greatest Nollywood stars and
indeed the first African celebrity to have reached 1m Facebook fans. In 2007,
Omotola earned over N9m. The actress, model and singer released her debut album
‘GBA’ in 2005 but the second album ‘Me, Myself & Eyes’ was well
received. The recording and promotion of the album allegedly costed her about
N13m. The stunning Queen of Nollywood
has appeared in more than 300 films and pulls in 150m viewers for her reality
TV show Omotola: The Real Me. She has
also been named as one of the 100 most influential people in the world.

actress, Rita Dominic is one of the oldest names in the industry. She made her
debut in starring the 1998 film called ‘A
Time to Kill’. Today she has over 100 Nollywood movie credit. Rita won
Municipality Peoples award for the Most Outstanding Actress and the Africa
Movie Academy Award for the Best Leading Actress in 2012. Rita Dominic counts
Nokia and Glo as her endorsement deals. The Imo State actress and fellow model
is also a business woman. She owns fixed assets worth over N40m ($240,000) -
which includes landed properties and two homes.
3.Ini
Edo(₦60m)
With over 600 movies, Ini
Edo undoubtedly one of the most resilient and tactful actresses in Nollywood.
In 2007, she earned N15.7m alone from movies and other businesses. Also she
owns over six buildings.Ini is a UN Habitat Youth Envoy because of her
philanthropic nature. In 2013, she was announced as judge for the Miss Black
Africa UK Pageant.
2. Genevieve Nnaji (₦64m)
This
Nollywood queen is the most successful actress internationally and also the
best paid in Nigeria. As part of her income gross she earned $25,000 in the
transnational film ‘Ije’ which was
produced by Paula Moreno and Chineze Anayaene. The Imo State-born actress who
is also a singer, fashion designer and businesswoman has appeared in over 80
movies. In 2005, she received an AMAA for Best Actress in a leading role.
